Partner Yoga fun

Valentine's Day isn't the only time to practice partner yoga! If you took a partner yoga workshop this month and had a good time make it part of your life by getting into a partner yoga pose whenever the mood strikes.

Winter creeps in...

Restorative Partner Yoga

Join me and my partner Clayton for a restorative partner yoga workshop at Serenity Now Yoga in Mt. Pleasant, SC on Friday July 21st at 7PM. No yoga experience necessary, you can do this class with a friend or anyone. Take it down a notch on Friday night and come help stretch each other out. Space is limited so to sign up call Serenity Now Yoga in advance. Cost is $20 per couple.
